In early 2022, myself and 4 others at Operate Venture Studio co-founded Bonus, new real-estate / prop-tech business. Starting from a napkin sketch, we spent the first 6 months developing the Bonus brand, business model, and the operational and legal necessities to take Bonus from an idea to a fully operational business that was succesfully acquiring home owners and making investments. Being early stage, my role was not only responsible for creating the vision for what Bonus could become, but executing on everything from the initial brand identity, to marketing materials, social content, website, partner materials & collateral, and eventually providing leadership and mentorship for a small design team consisting of one other designer.
